Role Description

This is a contract on-site role based in New Delhi for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The Senior Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of performance marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing ad performance, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with creative teams to develop impactful strategies. The role also involves tracking KPIs, reporting on campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Performance Marketing, including PPC, SEO, and SEM
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving measurable results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in a similar role within a digital marketing agency is preferred
