With over 600 clients worldwide, we specialize in SEO, paid media, content marketing, UI/UX, and web & mobile development. We work with marquee brands across aviation, retail, BFSI, healthcare, and automotive sectors.


Role Description

full-time, on-site role

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including SEO, design, and analytics to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should bring a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience in performance media buying, and a deep understanding of digital platforms and user behavior.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

  • Define end-to-end performance marketing strategies for paid search, display, video, social, and programmatic.
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Handle campaign budgets ranging from AED/INR 100k to multi-million levels with a strong focus on CPS, ROAS, and CPA targets.
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Lead and mentor a team of media buyers and performance executives.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, design, and content teams to drive integrated campaign success.
  • Act as a key client-facing lead, presenting performance reports and insights.
  • Analytics & Optimization

  • Use tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and third-party dashboards to monitor KPIs.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and optimization areas across channels.
  • Execute A/B tests and CRO strategies to improve landing page performance.
  • Innovation & Experimentation

  • Explore and test new platforms, ad formats, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in paid performance marketing
  • Proven success in managing ROI-focused campaigns across Google, Meta, DV360, and LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Looker Studio, and performance dashboards
  • Experience with tools like SEMrush, Similarweb, Google Trends, or Appsflyer is a plus
  • Prior experience in

    aviation, ecommerce, or BFSI

    sectors preferred
  • Ability to manage large media budgets and deliver on CPA/CPS targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
