Job Summary:


Senior Business Analyst – Power Apps


Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders, practice groups, and leadership to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.

Translate complex requirements into functional specifications, workflows, and technical solution documents.

Lead solution design sessions and create visual documentation such as screen mockups, process flow diagrams, and ERDs.

Design, build, and configure business applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).

Coordinate end-to-end project activities including milestone planning, testing, training, and deployment.

Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with architectural and business goals.

Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management and user onboarding.

Serve as a Power Platform evangelist, driving awareness, best practices, and adoption across teams.

Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards for low-code solution delivery.

Document technical solutions, workflows, and support processes to ensure long-term sustainability and knowledge transfer.


Required Qualifications:

5+ years of business analysis or systems analysis experience in enterprise environments.

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (especially Power Apps and Power Automate).

Solid understanding of business process design, data modeling, and requirements documentation.

Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server preferred).

Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Dataverse, or other low-code platforms.

Familiarity with REST APIs, PowerShell, JSON, and integration tools.

Industry experience in insurance or legal technology (preferred).

Exposure to Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
