Job Title: Xactimate Estimator Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time Experience: 0–5 years in estimation and quantity takeoffs for U.S. residential and commercial projects Job Summary: We are hiring Estimators (0–5 years experience) to create accurate property damage estimates using Xactimate and other tools. You’ll assess U.S. residential and commercial buildings damaged by fire, water, or wind. Experienced candidates should have hands-on estimation experience and software proficiency. Freshers (Civil Engineering grads) with strong attention to detail are welcome—training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for roofing, flooring, interiors, and other construction components Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and material estimations Create Roof Reports, Floor Reports, and Interior Reports Use tools such as Xactimate, Bluebeam, OST, Symbility, AutoCAD, and Excel Collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver work within deadlines Technical Skills Required Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD Familiarity with estimation software (any of the following): Xactimate Bluebeam On-Screen Takeoff (OST) Symbility Show more Show less
