KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for managing our Deal Sheet process - ensuring all reward contracts are processed in line with internal protocols and liaise across internal teams such as procurement, legal, third-party security and data protection to achieve compliant contracts.
- Maintain the deal sheets, third-party security and data protection assessment trackers to pro-actively stay ahead of reviews and renewals.
- Support the Benefit Systems Implementation in setting up providers in new locations.
- Ensuring all reward policy documentation is accurate in addition to any digital content on our reward platforms.
- Managing the end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring compliance with company standards and internal guidelines.
- Responsible for producing monthly statistics and insights on benefit / global mobility engagement, costs, demographics etc.
- Responsible for obtaining benefit / global mobility insights from our providers to include in monthly/quarterly statistics and analysis.
- Support the development and take responsibility for maintaining MI reports for the Global Mobility team, using external assignment management platforms and ensuring data accuracy for year-end processes.
- Support the reward team’s reporting activities by following established processes and calendars, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular data audits and work with internal teams to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Promote data standardisation by identifying inconsistencies and encouraging best practice adoption across the reward team.
- Assist in the implementation of HR and reward tools, enabling the reward team to effectively leverage technology for improved efficiency.
TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE
- A strong interest in developing a career in Reward, Employee Benefits, and or Global mobility
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments with changing priorities
- Ability to manage input from multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- Ability to explain policy, process and data results to a broad range of business stakeholders
- Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge, including working with formulas, pivot table and data analysis
- Proven analytical skills and good experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate analysis and insights from data
- Excellent attention to detail, and a methodical approach to your work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy team
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous experience (internships or otherwise) in HR, data analysis, or related field is a plus but not essential
