Position Overview:


Regional Business Manager

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets for compliance and certification services.
  • Identify, engage, and convert high-potential enterprise clients across verticals such as BFSI, NBFC Bank, Healthcare, Fintech, Manufacturing, eCommerce and more.
  • Promote a full suite of services, including regulatory audits, cybersecurity testing (VAPT), data privacy consulting, and ISO standards implementation.
  • Lead the complete sales lifecycle — from prospecting, proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations to closure.
  • Collaborates with the pre-sales, delivery, and compliance teams to design and present customized solutions that meet client-specific compliance needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, conferences, and strategic forums to build brand visibility.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention, cross-selling, and up-selling of additional services.
  • Track and report key performance metrics, sales forecasts, and business pipeline using CRM platforms and other tools.
  • Stay abreast of evolving regulatory changes (e.g., DPDP Act, RBI guidelines, global standards) to position offerings accordingly.
  • Mentor and guide junior business development resources in the region.


Required Qualifications & Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in enterprise sales or business development in the cybersecurity, IT compliance, or consulting domains.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, and RBI circulars.
  • Demonstrated success in handling complex solution-based sales with a long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and lead regional initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel across the assigned region based on business requirements.
