Telecaller – Educational Academy

We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our academy's admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students via phone calls to inform them about our educational programs and assist them through the enrollment process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to maintain accurate records of interactions. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students to introduce various educational courses. Handle inbound calls and respond to queries related to programs, fees, and admissions. Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups. Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service, preferably in the education industry. Provide accurate and complete information to help students make informed decisions. Collaborate with the admissions team to support a smooth enrollment experience. Stay informed about the academy’s latest courses and offerings.
