Position Overview:

Quality Assurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement QA strategy and vision across manual and automated testing.
Build and scale QA teams and frameworks from the ground up.
Design robust testing processes for agile and DevOps environments.
Ensure quality for AI/ML-powered systems, including model validation and data integrity.
Lead test planning, execution, and reporting across web, mobile, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation in testing approaches.
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to uphold product quality and delivery timelines.

What You'll Bring:

Experience:

12+ years in Quality Assurance, including 5+ years in a QA leadership role
.
Proven success in scaling QA teams and practices in high-growth tech organizations.
Strong background in testing AI/ML-powered features/applications.

Technical Skills:

Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
Strong grasp of API, performance, and security testing.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with
testing AI/ML-driven features/applications
, understanding unique challenges of model validation and data integrity.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Excellent people management, team building, and stakeholder communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Strong project and resource planning capabilities.
