We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing strategies, SAP, handling large datasets, and quality management. This role involves providing critical insights to business on the performance of customers, products and countries and supporting leaders in day-to-day operations through various management data tasks.Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science,)Experience: 4-5 years of experience in advanced excel reporting, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, dashboard creation and analytics
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- For reports in a business or organizational context, it's important to engage with management to gather input, address concerns, and ensure that the report meets their needs.
- Unyielding integrity and ability to work collaboratively with business and management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and practices.
How Will You Thrive And Create An Impact
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Utilize SAP, Qlik sense and snowflake to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide detailed insights and reports to management on product performance trends.
- Support leadership with MIS-related tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and decision-making support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct regular documentation audits and recommend adjustments based on the observation.
- Develop and maintain pricing databases and tools for efficient data retrieval and analysis.
- Train and mentor junior analysts on pricing strategies and data analysis techniques.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and dashboards to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in data management and analysis.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct quality checks and audits on data processes and reports.
- Develop and enforce data quality standards and procedures.
- Works independently under close supervision, provide analysis, insight, and recommendations by synthesizing information for various product categories and geographies by using competitive analyses, analytical modeling, and leveraging knowledge of the product portfolio and customer programs.
- Manage pricing process for the sales team including assessing, approving, and loading all pricing requests. Review, research, and analyze pricing to make recommendations on price enhancements, SKU rationalization and margin opportunities. Process quotation requests for stock standard items and special order (customer specific) items.
