integration, and customer engagement strategies. As we grow our customer base, we’re looking

for a dynamic individual who can bridge the gap between sales and customer success.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive Pre-Sales & Onboarding Specialist responsible for qualifying leads,

conducting product demos, building client confidence, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new

customers. This role is vital in creating a seamless customer experience from first interaction to

platform adoption.


Pre-Sales Activities:

● Calling and understanding the client's business needs, pain points, and objectives

● Present tailored product demos showcasing WappBiz’s features and benefits.

● Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into

sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

● Respond to product-related queries and RFPs with compelling proposals.

● Maintain CRM hygiene by logging interactions, call notes, and next steps.

🚀 Onboarding & Customer Success:

● Manage end-to-end onboarding for new clients – from account setup to training.

● Assist in API integrations or coordinate with tech support if needed.

● Provide product walkthroughs and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.

● Collect feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

● Act as the voice of the customer to internal teams (tech, sales, support).

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration:

● Coordinate with the product, tech, and support teams to deliver on client expectations.

● Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on client pain points and feature

requests.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

● 1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Onboarding, or SaaS Sales Support

roles.

● Strong communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal.

● Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of APIs, CRM tools, and digital marketing

workflows.

● Problem-solver mindset with a customer-first approach.

● Prior experience in WhatsApp Marketing, CRM, MarTech, or SaaS tools is a strong plus.

Tools You'll Use:

● CRM (e.g., Freshsales, HubSpot, Odoo)

● Zoom/Google Meet for demos

● WhatsApp Business API

● Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
