Our Client

Our client is India's leading AON-certified TPA under NAPS, with 20+ years of impact across apprentice development, manpower services, business outsourcing, and learning solutions. They are headquartered in Pune, and help firms cut costs and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Generate and submit apprenticeship contracts on behalf of Establishments on the NAPS portal within 3 days of joining. You'll also share contract IDs with NAPS Manpower Vendors and Instakart. (Vendors will follow up with candidates for Aadhar Seeding)
  • Employer Outreach: Engage with Instakart to understand their apprenticeship needs, coordinate with Establishments on open positions, and ensure NAPS positions are filled according to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Establishment Registration: Ensuring all vendors who had signed NAPS agreement with Instakart and Group companiesare registered under CAIT and selecting CAIT as TPA (Except Already enrolled TPA Partners)
  • Job Registration: List job openings.
  • Curriculum Development: Oversee the creation of apprenticeship curricula and secure approval from the Ministry of Skill Development And Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
  • MSDE Coordination: Coordinate with MSDE for apprentice contract letters and related approvals.
  • Stipend & DBT Processing: Verify stipends payable to apprentices and ensure processing through the Portal by the 7th of every month. You'll assist Establishments with timely Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) payments, liaise with relevant boards, and ensure full compliance.
  • Reporting: Publish monthly DBT remittance reports to Instakart.
  • NAPS Claims: Upload necessary documents to the portal for NAPS claims and provide consultancy services to claim NAPS benefits from authorities.
  • Stipend Administration: Manage stipend administration tasks, if required.
  • Compliance Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all NAPS guidelines and regulations at all times.
  • Audits: Prepare comprehensive audit checklists covering all applicable laws, including the Apprentice Act, 1961. You'll collect supporting documents from Establishments, conduct initial audit reviews, and provide a vendor-wise dashboard highlighting compliance levels for all Instakart premises.
  • Non-Compliance: Promptly highlight any non-compliances to Instakart.
  • Reporting & Support: Take responsibility for compliance and filing MSDE reports, and provide assistance during audits.
  • Vendor Support: Offer support to all registered establishments, if facing challenges
  • Facilitation: Coordinate with designated assessment bodies to arrange apprentice assessments and certification exams.
  • Support: Support Establishments in ensuring assessments are completed within established timelines.
  • Report Management: Publish regular reports on apprentice details, training updates, stipend claims, DBT remittance, and all compliance reports.

Must have worked

in staffing companies, Manpower Providing Companies, and Facility management with high workforce turnover & fulfillment requirements
MBA in Operations or Human ResourcesStrong documentation skillsProficiency in Hindi, English, Kannada, and TeluguAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SheetsThis is work from an office job, and intensive fieldwork may be required.

Age should not exceed 47 years.
