- Partner directly with the founder to co-define research objectives, success metrics, and lead-generation targets.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of Bangalore-based startups (≤3 years old): business models, hiring challenges, website analytics, funding stage, and tech stack.
- Synthesize insights into a robust, data-driven research framework that informs all outreach and campaign strategies.
- Identify, source, and prioritize founder/CXO-level contacts at target startups seeking culture- and growth-aligned engineering talent.
- Build and execute a multi-channel outreach playbook (LinkedIn, email, etc.) with hyper-personalized messaging that speaks directly to each founder’s pain points.
- Drive a relentless daily cadence of outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building to generate qualified demos and platform sign-ups.
- Design, launch, and manage A/B tests for messaging hooks, subject lines, and outreach channels.
- Define, track, and optimize engagement metrics (open rates, reply rates, click-throughs) and conversion metrics (website visits, demo bookings).
- Iterate at breakneck speed—analyze results weekly, refine hypotheses, and scale winning tactics.
- Establish core KPIs: outreach efficiency, cost-per-lead, website traffic from campaigns, demo-booking conversion, and experiment ROI.
- Maintain live dashboards (CRM, analytics) to report performance and surface actionable findings.
- Present concise, data-backed recommendations to founders to guide product refinements and seed-fundraising narratives.
- Be the voice of marketing—collate closely with founders, product, and engineering to align on priorities and share key insights.
- Communicate progress, successes, and next steps in clear, compelling updates.
- Lay the groundwork for a scalable marketing engine that will propel Satlights through PMF and into our seed round.

- Fast Execution & Agility: You thrive under ambiguity, launch experiments in hours (not weeks), learn on the fly, and pivot quickly based on data.
- Analytical & Creative: You can mine data for insights and craft breakthrough outreach that cuts through the noise.
- Exceptional Communication: You write crisp, engaging messages and build rapport with C-level founders.
- Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach/email automation (e.g., Lemlist, Outreach.io), CRM platforms (HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb).
- Startup DNA: You embrace ambiguity, wear multiple hats, and are eager to evolve into a core marketing leader at Satlights.
- Dominate a Breakthrough Product: Lead marketing for a first-of-its-kind platform that matches engineers to startups based on founders’ inputs and culture-fit, solving a critical pain in the Bangalore startup ecosystem.
