Job Description:
Role: Engineering Manager – Intelligent Automation
Experience: 10-15 yrs
Work Location: Bangalore
Position Responsibilities: Experienced Engineering Manager to lead the development of our cutting-edge Intelligent Business Process Automation Platform. This platform leverages Azure, Kubernetes, MongoDB, SQL, Python and AI/LLMs to transform how businesses automate and optimize their operations.
You will lead a high-performing team of 12–15 engineers, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and drive the build of innovative features that align with strategic goals.

Experience with the following technologies:

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Platform Evolution: Drive the evolution of the platform’s architecture to support scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Technical Oversight: Make architectural decisions and ensure best practices in cloud-native development, container orchestration, and AI integration.
• Project Management: Own the end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
• Quality & Security: Champion code quality, testing, and security standards across the engineering team
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and prioritize development efforts.

Required Skills & Experience with:

• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services and architecture
  • Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
• Backend & Data:
  • Strong command of Python for backend development and scripting
  • Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases for data modeling and querying
• AI & Automation:
  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven automation including working with intelligent extraction of unstructured and structured data, RAG frameworks
  • Understanding of intelligent workflow and business process automation concepts
• Leadership & Communication:
  • Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration\
  • Strong stakeholder management and product thinking
• Development Practices:
  • Strong fundamentals and experience in Enterprise Platform design principles
  • Hands-on experience with Technical Architectural design, CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies
  • Commitment to code quality, testing, and security best practices
