Position: Lead Generation Specialist – APAC Focus (Staffing/Talent Acquisition Domain)

Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Lead Sourcing & Prospect Identification

  • Discover and research new client prospects using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific databases.
  • Apply tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Boolean Search, etc., to pinpoint decision-makers and build lead databases.
  • Create and manage segmented email lists tailored by industry, geography, and behavior for better targeting.

Email Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, run, and refine email outreach campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or Instantly.io.
  • Carry out A/B testing on subject lines, email content, and CTAs to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, delivering actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws like GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regional regulations.

Prospect Engagement & Coordination

  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings between potential clients and business leaders.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain smooth communication throughout the lead nurturing process.
  • Build relationships, address objections, and convert leads into qualified business opportunities.
  • Assist in reporting, data updates, and contributing to business review documentation.

  • Email Marketing

  • Analytics & Reporting

    : Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, MS PowerPoint

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1 to 6 years of hands-on experience in

    lead generation

    ,

    inside sales

    , or

    business development

    —preferably in

    HR services

    or the

    staffing domain

    .
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of recruitment life cycles and staffing workflows is a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a keen eye for data and performance tracking.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setup.
