Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist – Staffing to support our business development efforts by identifying and nurturing potential clients across global markets, particularly in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, CRM management, and relationship handling within the staffing or talent acquisition domain. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sourcing Conduct open job sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, and various online platforms. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Boolean search techniques, and tools like Apollo.io for identifying decision-makers in targeted industries. Build and manage segmented mailing lists for outreach campaigns based on industry, behavior, and engagement metrics. Email Campaigns & Marketing Design, execute, and optimize B2B email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, etc. Run A/B tests on email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to deliver actionable insights. Ensure all campaigns comply with global standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Client Coordination & Communication Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and consultants, ensuring clarity and preparation. Facilitate smooth communication and follow-up throughout the client-consultant engagement lifecycle. Participate in introductory calls, ensuring alignment and effective information flow. Maintain regular contact with clients through email and calls to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues proactively. Provide analytical support through data management, report preparation, and quarterly business presentations. Tools & Platforms: CRM & Outreach Tools: Apollo.io, , Bullhorn, Woodpecker, Zoho CRM Marketing Platforms: Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue, Instantly.io Productivity Tools: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI, Advanced Excel Sourcing Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Job Portals Requirements: 2–6 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or B2B services. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Knowledge of recruitment/staffing processes is a plus. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven marketing and reporting.
