Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to international prospects using structured communication scripts. Research prospects through public domains and online platforms to gather lead data. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Maintain detailed and accurate records of every interaction in our CRM/database. Build long-term client relationships by going the extra mile. Consistently meet or exceed quality and productivity benchmarks. Attend regular in-house training sessions to continuously enhance your skills. What We're Looking For: Minimum 1+ year of international calling or outbound customer support experience. Excellent communication skills both verbal and active listening. Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. Organized and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Flexible to work in rotational shifts .
