Data AnalystLocation Chennai Work from OfficeExperience Level 12 yearsTier T1We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support the development of a next generation healthcare data platform aimed at transforming hospital operations The ideal candidate will help standardize and integrate patient and hospital data from multiple sources define data products for business users and support GenAI driven automation use casesThis role requires strong analytical skills cloud data platform exposure preferably Azure or GCP and the ability to serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teamsKey Responsibilities1 Data Standardization IntegrationIngest analyze and harmonize data from various systems including EHRs CRMs scheduling and operational toolsDefine data mappings and transformation logic to standardize disparate data sourcesCollaborate with data engineers to implement ETL processes and data pipelines aligned to business needs2 Data Product Definition Business EnablementDefine and document reusable data products focused on hospital performance patient care and operational KPIsPartner with clinical and operational stakeholders to understand data consumption needs and translate them into platform featuresEnsure documentation includes business logic definitions data lineage and consumption methods3 Testing Validation Execution SupportLead the creation of data mapping documents to ensure accurate source to target transformationsPerform data validation and reconciliation during testing phases to ensure data quality and completenessAct as a liaison between business users and developers during the execution phase to resolve issues clarify requirements and ensure alignment4 Insights GenAI Driven AutomationIdentify and analyze patterns across hospital operations to uncover opportunities for efficiency and optimizationSupport use case development for GenAI applications

Skills Required

Technical AnalyticalMust have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Migration and Data Transformation projects on Azure cloudStrong working knowledge of SQL for data extraction transformation and analysisUnderstanding of relational and non relational database schemas and how to interpret ERDs and metadataExperience with data mapping transformation rule documentation and data validation techniquesExposure to cloud platforms preferably Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform GCPFamiliarity with BI reporting tools e g Power BICommunication CollaborationProven ability to act as a liaison between business teams and developers ensuring clear translation of requirements into technical specificationsStrong documentation skills BRDs test cases user guidesAbility to communicate complex data concepts in clear concise language for non technical stakeholdersNice to HaveBasic programming experience e g Python or R for data manipulation or exploratory analysisUnderstanding of healthcare specific data formats FHIR HL7 ICD CPT and compliance HIPAAFamiliarity with Agile development and working in cross functional squads
