Job Overview The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, sales, marketing, and team performance of the branch. The role focuses on achieving revenue and productivity targets, managing client relationships, organizing events, and driving overall branch growth in alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Marketing Strategy Develop and execute strategic plans to meet branch sales targets. Lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and client engagement. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 2. Team Management & Leadership Lead, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve objectives. Assign responsibilities, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs. Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment. 3. Seminar & Event Management Organize educational seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Collaborate with educational institutions to build brand presence and generate leads. 4. Branch Operations & Target Achievement Supervise branch operations and ensure smooth workflow. Set and monitor sales targets and guide the team toward achievement. 5. Client Relationship Management Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions. Strengthen client retention through long-term relationship building. 6. Reporting & Market Analysis Analyze sales data and present periodic performance reports. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to refine planning. 7. Operational Efficiency & Budget ManagementEnsure operations stay within budget while maintaining service standards. Maximize resource utilization and cost efficiency. 8. Branch Activity ExecutionManage and execute online/offline campaigns and promotions. Align marketing strategies with sales goals and monitor campaign effectiveness. 9. Student Placement Coordination Coordinate with placement teams for student opportunities. Support interviews, recruitment drives, and employer engagement activities. 10. Administration & Data Management Monitor student admissions, fee tracking, and data accuracy in ERP. Handle petty cash and ensure accurate financial documentation.
