Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager with 4 to 6 years of proven experience in sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should be open to international travel and relocation, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic planning.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitch decks, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Represent the company in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings abroad.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of at least 4 years in business development/sales in the IT industry, with a strong focus on banking, financial services, or insurance
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and relocate abroad as required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
