Job Overview The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for overseeing branch performance, driving sales targets, implementing strategic plans, and improving productivity across multiple locations within the Coimbatore zone. The TM will lead the sales teams, execute brand-building initiatives, provide operational guidance to underperforming branches, and ensure alignment with the organization’s business goals. Key Responsibilities1. Branch Sales & Productivity Lead and manage branch-wise sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and drive strategies for growth. Ensure consistent sales improvement and profitability across all branches. 2. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation Develop regional sales strategies aligned with company goals. Foster relationships with institutions and local stakeholders. Promote educational services and products to maximize revenue. 3. Sales Strategy & Implementation Collaborate with senior leadership on defining and executing action plans. Launch regional campaigns to boost awareness and engagement. Innovate new ideas to enhance regional brand presence. 4. Performance Management Identify underperforming branches and implement tailored action plans. Address issues related to staffing, local market challenges, or training gaps. Provide on-ground support and hands-on leadership. 5. Sales & Brand Development Customize sales initiatives to suit the local Coimbatore market. Lead event planning, promotional drives, and brand visibility campaigns. Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive. 6. Employee KPAs & Evaluations Define clear KPAs for branch teams and ensure performance tracking. Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions. Manage corrective actions and individual development plans. 7. Reporting & Documentation Maintain timely and accurate records of performance, training, and customer insights. Submit regular reports to senior management detailing key metrics and observations. 8. Travel & Branch Support Travel across branches in the zone for regular visits and leadership support. Address branch-level challenges and ensure smooth operations.
