About the Role We are on the lookout for a motivated and talented Business Development Executive who can help us expand our footprint in the IT services sector. If you're passionate about sales, strategic growth, and client engagement, we’d love to meet you! Key Responsibilities Actively explore and generate new business leads in IT services, including software development, consulting, and managed solutions. Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and participation in relevant industry events. Understand client challenges and goals, recommending tailored IT solutions that deliver real value. Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical) to create persuasive proposals and impactful presentations. Drive deal closures through smart negotiation of contracts, pricing, and deliverables. Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and regularly report on performance metrics like revenue forecasts and deal conversion rates. Keep a pulse on market trends, client expectations, and competitor activity to refine and adapt sales strategies. Utilize online platforms such as Upwork to identify potential leads and pitch for relevant projects. Requirements Sales & Lead Generation: Proven ability to identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities in the IT services domain. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and secure mutually beneficial terms. Client Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients. Presentation Skills: Capable of creating and delivering impactful presentations and proposals. Market Research & Analysis: Competent in understanding market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape. Bidding & Online Platforms: Experience in using platforms like Upwork or similar bidding portals to generate leads. Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, tech) to drive results. Goal Orientation: Self-driven with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing, and ever-evolving IT environment.
