Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and trends to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop detailed financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term planning.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead and support the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data, validate assumptions, and align forecasts with business objectives.
• Monitor actual performance against budget; analyze variances and communicate key drivers to management.

3. Cost controllership

• Identify cost-saving opportunities across departments by analyzing spending patterns and operational processes.
• Recommend and track cost control initiatives, resource optimization, and efficiency improvement measures.
• Work closely with business units to reduce wastage and ensure optimal allocation and utilization of financial resources.
• Implement financial controls and monitoring systems to maintain cost discipline across the organization.

4. Reporting and Presentation

• Prepare and distribute timely and accurate financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
• Present financial insights, KPIs, and recommendations to senior management and non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
• Create high-quality presentations for board meetings, business reviews, and strategic discussions.

5. Business Partnering

• Act as a financial advisor to business unit heads and operational teams, supporting data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in evaluating business cases for new initiatives, and strategic projects.
• Foster collaboration across teams to align financial goals with operational execution and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance roles.
• Strong background in cost management, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Proven ability to identify cost optimization opportunities and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI/reporting tools is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information in a simple and impactful way.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work both independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
