Job Description: Job Title: Zonal Sales Manager – Electric Vehicles Company: Saraogi E Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Location: Merlin infinite, DN Block, Sector 5, Kolkata-91. Department: Sales Experience – 5-6 years. Salary – 70-75k in hand Company Overview: Saraogi E Ventures Pvt. With a growing portfolio of electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and commercial EVs, we aim to lead the transition to cleaner transportation across the country. Job Summary: The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales operations and dealer network development in the assigned region. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive sales growth, enhance market share, and promote the Saraogi brand within the EV ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for electric vehicles in the assigned region.  Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals.  Appoint, on-board, and manage a robust network of EV dealers and channel partners as per dealership policy.  Train and support dealer staff to ensure optimal product knowledge and sales techniques.  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.  Collaborate with the marketing team for regional campaigns, roadshows, and product demonstrations.  Conduct periodic sales reviews and performance analysis; report insights to senior management.  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage escalations effectively.  Oversee compliance with pricing, financing, and after-sales support policies.  Manage team of ASMs for the assigned geographical region and ensure growth in sales.  Monitor ASM performance on a regular basis to drive sales and ensure monthly targets are met.  Perform and meet company defined KRA & KPI policies.  Coordinate with the factory for smooth flow of vehicle dispatch, based on sales requirements. Qualifications & Experience:  Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).  Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electric vehicle or automotive industry.  Proven track record of managing large dealer/distributor networks.  Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.  Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Key Competencies:  In-depth knowledge of the electric vehicle market and technologies.  Strong business acumen and negotiation skills.  Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mind-set.  Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting systems.  Logical reasoning.
