Zonal Sales Manager

As a Zonal Sales Manager at Zen Kashi Cancer Hospital, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations within a specified geographic area. Your primary objective will be to achieve business targets, lead regional sales teams, foster strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and enhance the hospital's presence in the region. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing zonal sales strategies to meet revenue goals, supervising a team of Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Executives, and Medical Representatives, establishing robust relationships with medical professionals to drive referrals, and collaborating with the marketing department to organize regional promotions and awareness campaigns. In this role, you will also be tasked with monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly, analyzing zonal performance metrics, preparing comprehensive reports for senior management, ensuring compliance with healthcare sales regulations and ethical standards, recruiting and nurturing sales talent within the zone, and engaging directly with key accounts and team members through frequent travel within the designated area.
