Senior Account Executive

E-Went Fast Mobility is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage core financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in MIS reporting, GST & TDS return filing, and data entry operations. You will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.

·        Handle GST return filing (monthly, quarterly, annually) and reconciliation.

·        Manage TDS deduction, return filing, and certificate issuance.

·        Perform accurate data feeding and ledger entries in accounting software.

·        Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in books of accounts.

·        Coordinate with auditors and consultants for financial reviews and compliance.

·        Support in preparing financial summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

·        Prepare and maintain P&L and BS of the company on monthly and quarterly basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·        B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

·        Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounts.

·        Expertise in GST & TDS returns.

·        Proficient in MIS reporting and Excel (pivot, v-lookup, etc.).

·        Experience with accounting software such as Tally.

·        Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
