About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Technical Project Manager

to lead complex projects in

Identity and Access Management (IAM)

and

Data Privacy

domains. This role requires a strong background in

Azure Cloud Security

, agile project management, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple concurrent projects, align technology with strategic objectives, and ensure secure, scalable delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for security engineering and data privacy initiatives
• Coordinate Agile ceremonies (Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) and ensure SAFe Agile compliance
• Manage cross-functional teams and align onsite-offshore delivery efforts
• Design and implement IAM solutions using technologies such as PlainID, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, and AWS IAM
• Oversee integration of IAM and Data Privacy tools like OneTrust, Microsoft Priva, Informatica DPM, and Collibra
• Create project documentation, architecture diagrams, risk assessments, and compliance reports
• Support CI/CD best practices using Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Enforce data governance policies and access control frameworks
• Provide technical leadership across solution design and architecture reviews
• Monitor delivery timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans
• Conduct performance audits, security assessments, and gap analyses
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 8+ years of project management experience (including 5+ in IAM/security/data privacy projects)
• Strong Agile/SAFe project delivery and stakeholder management experience
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools (e.g. PlainID, Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint, Okta)
• Experience with Azure Cloud Security practices and infrastructure
• Familiarity with Data Privacy platforms like OneTrust, Informatica DPM, Microsoft Priva
• Proven experience in reference architecture design and secure policy enforcement
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to manage global delivery teams
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, workflow automation, and reporting
