2 to 5 YearsJob Task Role
- Build and implement data-driven SEO strategies, focusing on on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Work closely with the content writers to create and optimize website content, ensuring keyword integration, meta tags, and interlinking that improves results
- Review content written by the writers, and audit it to ensure it’s not AI generated, meets the parameters for content set by the organization for each client.
- Conduct audits, fix technical SEO issues like crawl errors, optimize site structure, and ensure mobile optimization.
- Monitor SEO metrics and performance, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights apart from a review/analysis of the website’s performance
- Develop and maintain a strong link-building strategy to improve domain authority and organic rankings.
- Regularly report on SEO performance, strategies, and results to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues, or accessibility issues on the website
- Work on local SEO optimization tasks such as content updates, ensuring keyword inclusions, accurate setup of the local business
- Act as the single point of contact as an SEO SPOC for the client on all website issues, as and when needed for website maintenance

- Increase in the organic traffic month on month
- Improvement in conversion rates driven by optimized pages and content.
- Ensuring high client satisfaction and retention through effective SEO results.
- Delivering timely SEO reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Speed of identifying and resolving SEO-related issues (crawl errors, site speed, etc.) found on GSC and other site monitoring tools by working closely with the developer
- Uptime of 99% as a measure of developer’s success

- Expertise in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Crux, GTMETRIX, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
