About The Opportunity

Operating at the intersection of cloud computing, predictive analytics, and enterprise workflow automation, our dynamic team empowers innovation and measurable customer impact.Role & Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision: Translate business goals into inspiring product roadmaps, clear OKRs, and measurable success metrics.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle: Develop comprehensive PRDs, maintain a prioritized backlog, and collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
Lead go-to-market strategies: Craft compelling positioning and launch plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer success, and monitor post-launch performance for continuous improvement.
Champion customer-centric innovation: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user-testing to uncover emerging opportunities and unmet customer needs.
Drive data-informed decisions: Track key performance indicators, analyze funnel metrics, and leverage insights to refine product features and prioritize enhancements.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment: Serve as the central point of communication for product-related queries, guiding stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

4-6 years of comprehensive product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with a track record of delivering scalable features.
Proven expertise in shaping product vision, defining KPIs, and prioritizing backlogs using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle concepts.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, A/B testing, and turning insights into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product management certification.
Hands-on experience with analytics platforms such as SQL, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
Prior experience in launching B2B products within the supply-chain, logistics, or data analytics domains.
Proven track record in leading cross-functional planning sessions and quarterly roadmap reviews.
Exposure to UX research, design-thinking workshops, or rapid prototyping methodologies.
