About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior .NET Developer
to join our Knowledge & Learning portfolio team. This role focuses on building secure, scalable backend services and enterprise-grade solutions using

. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with

PowerShell scripting

. This is a cross-functional role that involves developing custom APIs, integrating with SharePoint, and implementing secure and optimized cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop backend systems using .NET Core 8 Web API
- Build and customize SharePoint Online solutions, including SPFX Web Parts, REST APIs, and Graph API integrations
- Integrate with Azure services such as Web Apps, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Storage Accounts
- Automate workflows and SharePoint operations using PowerShell and Power Automate
- Work on PostgreSQL and Entity Framework for database access and optimization
- Create engaging front-end components using ReactJS as part of SPFX solutions
- Implement authentication and authorization using Azure Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
- Participate in SCRUM ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional onsite/offshore teams
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing
- Ensure adherence to security standards and OIS clearance protocols
- Maintain technical documentation including LLDs, Unit Test Plans, and deployment checklists
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–9 years of experience in software development
- Expertise in .NET Core (preferably v8), RESTful APIs, and Graph API
- 3+ years of experience with Azure services (Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, Logic Apps)
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online, SPFX, and enterprise-level SharePoint customization
- Hands-on with PowerShell scripting, Power Automate, and API automation
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Entity Framework, and ReactJS
- Strong knowledge of authentication/authorization in SharePoint and Azure Entra
- Familiarity with Active Directory, IIS configurations, and domain-level settings
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and structured development practices
