Our proprietary AI agents automate complex tasks across intake, coding, claims, and collections - reducing overhead, improving accuracy, and accelerating cash flow. As we scale, weâre looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to drive our sales engine, manage a team of inside sales representatives, and help expand our customer base.Overview As the Inside Sales Manager at Droidal, youâll lead a talented team of inside sales reps and help them generate new business by identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft effective outreach strategies and enable the team to achieve aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with proven sales experience who thrives in a high-growth SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities · Lead, motivate, and coach a team of inside sales representatives to hit and exceed sales goals · Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to drive new leads and conversions · Implement proven sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking to optimize team productivity · Own the full sales cycleâfrom prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals · Partner with marketing to align campaigns and lead-generation tactics with sales priorities · Maintain accurate pipeline and sales forecasting reports using CRM tools · Develop ongoing training and enablement to keep the teamâs sales skills and product knowledge sharp · Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and ensure a seamless transition to Customer Success · Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities Qualifications · 8+ years of B2B inside sales experience, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role · Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or technology company · Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, revenue cycle management, or AI-driven products is a big plus · Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales enablement software · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills · Ability to inspire and coach a team, with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset · Bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
