Job Title: Inside Sales Manager Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-time Experience: 3-6 Years Industry: EdTech (B2C Sales) Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers by understanding their needs and presenting the right solutions. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other platforms. Understand customer requirements and pitch the right product or service. Schedule and conduct product demos or consultations. Maintain a high conversion ratio from lead to closure. Follow up rigorously with potential customers and update CRM systems. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and service delivery. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. Sales-focused and target-driven mindset. Basic knowledge of CRM tools.. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in EdTech (K9-k12) Product, B2C sales, or tele sales is an advantage.
