Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate a team of inside sales executives. Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow revenue and market presence. Handle high-quality inbound/outbound leads and manage the complete sales cycle. Improve processes for lead conversion, customer engagement, and CRM usage. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign planning and execution. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3–5 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech services. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹233,114.28 - ₹687,556.04 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
