Qualifications

Minimum 5 + years experience leading Enterprise Salesforce Administration and implementation with over 300 users with integration with enterprise applications like Oracle, Sap etcMinimum 1 complex data migration (i.e., ETL efforts) into Salesforce.comStrong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods, etcConfigure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM platform (Classic and Lightning).Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflow rules.Develop and manage process automation (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.).Monitor and optimize system performance, including data storage and integrations.Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training effortsPotential Certified Salesforce Technical Architect candidateKnowledge of CPQ and be able to understand the quote to cash process is a big plus

Responsibilities

Participation in each phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementationsIndepth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SalesforceUnderstands web services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.comOwnership of all End to End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom developmentTechnical leadership, to include coaching and mentoring, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinementDefine, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology effortsAssess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platformDesign and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
