Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration

    : Manage daily operations of the Salesforce platform, including user account management, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Customization & Configuration

    : Customize Salesforce functionality using

    Point-and-Click tools

    (e.g.,

    Process Builder

    ,

    Flow

    Validation Rules

    Formula Fields

    code where necessary to meet business requirements.
  • Data Management

    : Ensure data quality by performing regular data maintenance tasks (e.g., data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation). Manage and enforce data standards within the Salesforce platform.
  • User Support & Training

    : Provide support for end-users by resolving technical issues, answering user queries, and delivering training sessions to help users get the most out of Salesforce.
  • Reports & Dashboards

    : Create customized reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics that support decision-making across the organization.
  • Automation & Workflow

    : Automate business processes using

    Salesforce Flow

  • Integration Management

  • Maintain Documentation

    : Document system configurations, processes, and solutions. Maintain a knowledge base for user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years

    of experience with

    Salesforce

    administration or development.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Salesforce platform

    (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and

    Salesforce tools

    like

    Apex

    ,

    Visualforce

    Lightning Components

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201)
