Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our business development and sales efforts in networking and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sales Strategy & Execution

    :


a. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for networking, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions.

b. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in target verticals (e.g., enterprise, BFSI, government, education).


2. Client Management


a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.

b. Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.


3. Solution Selling


a. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions for clients.

b. Present and demonstrate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


4. Vendor & Partner Coordination


a. Work closely with OEMs and technology partners (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE, etc.) to ensure alignment and support in joint go-to-market initiatives.


5. Team Leadership (if applicable)


a. Lead and mentor a team of account managers or sales executives.

b. Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching for continuous improvement.


6. Reporting & Forecasting


a. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline using CRM tools.

b. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity domains.
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM).


Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous):


  • Cisco Sales Specialist / CCNA / CCNP
  • Palo Alto Networks or Fortinet Sales Certifications
  • CompTIA Security+ or similar
  • ITIL / PMP / CISSP (basic knowledge appreciated in context)
