Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative focused on the US market, you will be a pivotal member of our Growth & Strategy team, making a direct impact on our revenue generation goals. Your primary responsibility will be researching, identifying, and qualifying new business opportunities within the United States. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to develop advanced sales skills and business acumen while working with seasoned sales and technology leaders. This role requires working during US business hours. We seek highly motivated, articulate individuals who excel in challenging, dynamic environments, are committed to a client-facing sales career, and are comfortable achieving and exceeding ambitious metrics, kpis, and sales targets. Key responsibilities: Research and identify prospective clients within target industries and segments in the US market who align with Advaiya’s offerings (especially Peripheral Automation, AI Solutions, Azure Optimization, Power Platform, Sitecore, oneplan). Initiate and nurture relationships with new leads through strategic outbound activities (calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement). Field and qualify inbound inquiries from US-based prospects. Clearly articulate Advaiya's unique value proposition, including the benefits of Peripheral Automation, tailored to the specific needs and business context of US companies. Conduct compelling initial discovery calls to understand prospect challenges, strategic initiatives, and decision-making processes. Qualify leads against established criteria and schedule qualified discovery meetings or demonstrations for US-focused Account Executives. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless lead handover and support the progression of opportunities. Diligently maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in the CRM system. Stay informed about Advaiya’s evolving solutions, US market trends, industry-specific challenges, and competitor activities. Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and meeting setting within the US market. Minimum qualifications: Completed Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree, preferably from a top-tier institute. Ability and willingness to work permanently in US business hours (Night Shift in India). 2+ years of experience in a lead generation, B2B sales, or account management role, with a significant portion focused on the US market. 1+ year of lead generation or sales experience within the IT services/consulting industry targeting US clients. Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong understanding of US business etiquette. Demonstrated long-term interest in a client-facing sales career focused on international markets. Competitive spirit, strong drive for results, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Highly coachable, quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven sales environment. Superior organizational skills, self-discipline, and excellent attention to detail. Preferred qualifications: Prior full-time corporate sales experience engaging with US-based companies. Experience selling B2B software, cloud solutions, or IT consulting services. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms. Knowledge of Advaiya's core technology stack (Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Sitecore, oneplan).
