Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Delhi | Full-Time | Experience: 0–2 years | Package: 3-5LPA About Rabbitt Learning: Rabbitt Learning is the AI skilling and hiring arm of TC Group. We run industry-aligned courses, bootcamps, and hackathons to train job-ready AI talent—and work directly with startups, enterprises, and hiring partners to connect them with vetted, trained professionals. We don’t just train—we help companies hire the future of AI. We're also organizing the CTO Summit (October 2025)—a gathering of India’s top tech leaders—and this role will support outreach for sponsorships and hiring partnerships as part of that initiative. Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative , your main focus will be on driving partnerships with companies that want to hire AI-ready talent from Rabbitt Learning’s programs. You will identify potential employers, pitch hiring solutions, and generate qualified leads for our hiring & placement team. You’ll also support secondary outreach for: B2C/B2B sales of Rabbitt’s AI courses and bootcamps Strategic outreach for CTO Summit sponsorships and hiring showcases Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential hiring partners (startups, product companies, HRs, tech recruiters) Personalize outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp to set up hiring partnership calls Work closely with the product and placement team to understand talent profiles and hiring pipelines Maintain organized lead trackers and update CRM/Google Sheets daily Understand company hiring needs and pitch suitable Rabbitt-trained candidates or hiring models Reach out to potential sponsors, hiring showcase partners, and speakers for CTO Summit Share weekly feedback and objections from outreach to improve messaging and GTM strategy.
