What You'll Do: Identify and research potential leads and decision-makers in target industries. Initiate outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest in WE360.ai’s solutions. Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and challenges. Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities. Use CRM tools to maintain and update records of all lead interactions. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets. What We’re Looking For: Final-year students pursuing a degree in engineering. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for technology and a keen interest in sales and business development. Self-starters with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Prior exposure to sales, marketing, or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory.
