Job Title:

RPA Architect – Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere

Location:

Job Overview:

RPA Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect scalable, maintainable RPA solutions across Power Platform (Power Automate), UiPath, and Automation Anywhere.
  • Lead automation design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Define reusable components, coding standards, and governance models.
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, databases, APIs).
  • Oversee RPA development lifecycle: from PoC to deployment and hypercare.
  • Drive automation innovation by integrating AI/ML, OCR, and document understanding.
  • Support and mentor RPA developers, fostering technical excellence and delivery quality.
  • Contribute to RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) assets such as solution accelerators and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 16+ years of experience in software development or solution architecture.
  • 8+ years of dedicated RPA experience across at least

    two

    of the following platforms:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework)
  • Automation Anywhere (A360, Bot Insight)
  • Solid understanding of automation architecture, error handling, logging, and scalability patterns.
  • Proficiency in API integration, web services (REST/SOAP), and data handling (JSON/XML).
  • Experience in secure automation practices and access control.
  • Strong documentation and design articulation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Power Platform Architect, AA Certified Master).
  • Exposure to AI-enhanced automation (e.g., Azure AI Builder, UiPath Document Understanding, Automation Anywhere IQ Bot).
  • Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with process mining tools like Celonis or Power BI.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working in remote, distributed teams.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
