Description Summary: Our team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join as a Product Manager. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of our customer experience strategy, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders, and guiding the team through the entire product development lifecycle. Ultimately, you will assist the team in providing strategic technical support across product areas, including the mobile application and online platforms, assessing product needs, assisting with conducting product backlog maintenance, and managing plans, issues, and risks for products. Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development and management of our website and mobile application platforms, ensuring that our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Candidate needs to focus on upcoming industry changes and trends, coordinate the solution design discussions, and focus on organization readiness of all the impactful changes in the team. Key Responsibilities Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, design, and QA to develop and implement product strategies that align with business goals and user needs. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the marketplace. Define technical product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements. Prioritize and manage product backlogs with other product manager(s), product owner(s) and scrum master(s), ensuring that development efforts align with business priorities and user needs. Collaborate with UX and design teams to create user-centered designs and experiences that are both visually appealing and functional. Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of product initiatives. Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders, including executives, development teams, and other relevant stakeholders. Continuously monitor and evaluate the competitive landscape to identify potential product gaps or opportunities. Experience in US Health Care Plans, payment and funding process is strongly preferred. Specific business and process knowledge on how users interact with our mobile application and online participant portal, Admin Portal, including an understanding of the modules like Claim Module or Module of Individual Marketplace will be preferable. General User Experience patterns within Benefit Account/Individual Marketplace tools Accountable for user acceptance criteria and exit criteria for stories. Accountable for clarifying the team’s queries on technical requirements and priorities. Coordination towards resolving impediments, challenges, priority bug fixes, release planning, Pre (UAT) and Post release validation of Product feature and control plan monitoring, including coordination with production validators as required. Coordination with Vendors/Vendor Management on implementation as needed. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements. Supports in the discovery to identify tasks related to the new design, technologies, or communications during evaluation of new products feature. Assist BA’s and coordinate with them on creating and finalizing use cases. Foster internal relationships and collaborations with internal colleagues to communicate project priorities and respond to inquiries. Use a variety of agile and lean tools and techniques to help the team keep a delivery and learning cadence that helps to remain focused on delivering value against the product vision. Challenge and improve organizational processes Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software development environment. Strong understanding of web and mobile application development technologies and methodologies. Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Experience with data analytic tools to build understanding and empathy of current users and be an expert in how the product is used by users. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and address issues as they arise. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex technical products or platforms. Strong affinity in a customer-facing product organization Passion for innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity using SQL to write basic queries and software development processes a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Available for flexible work schedule to have overlap with US onshore teams
