Job Role Summary:


About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with a strong background in Talent Management modules—specifically Performance & Goals, Career Development, and Succession Planning. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Core HR, Absence Management, and optionally, Payroll. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support global clients in driving their HR digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, especially Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Profiles, and Succession Planning.
  • Automate Career Development Plans and set up Talent Review frameworks and Rating Models.
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, perform functional analysis, and design scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Configure HCM modules to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules (Finance, Procurement, etc.).
  • Provide support during all phases of implementation including data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct user training to ensure solution adoption.
  • Keep up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud releases, features, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
  • Deep knowledge of Talent Management (Performance & Goals is mandatory), Career Development, Core HR, and Absence Management. Payroll experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong exposure to Fusion HCM configuration, fast formulas, reporting tools (BI/OTBI), and integration touchpoints.
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing discussions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certifications (preferred).
  • Experience in Redwood design and HCM customizations (preferred).
