Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements. Develop HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP/OTBI reports, and experienced in HDL/Spreadsheet loader. Previous experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) is highly preferred. Analyse business processes and provide optimized HCM solutions. Perform data migration and integration with third-party applications. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in Oracle HCM. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure on-time delivery. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM ERP end-to-end implementation. Strong understanding and implementation experience of HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, OTL, Talent (Recruitment and Performance) Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BIP/OTBI reports, and HDL/Spreadsheet loader.
