Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy workflows using n8n to automate business processes.
• Integrate various APIs, webhooks, and third-party services (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, HubSpot, REST APIs).
• Customize existing n8n nodes or build new custom nodes when required.
• Optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve workflow issues efficiently.
• Maintain documentation for workflows and integrations.
• Ensure data privacy and security best practices in all automations.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience working with n8n or other automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Node-RED).
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript (for creating custom nodes or functions).
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and common data formats like JSON and XML.
• Strong understanding of data flow, logic building, and automation architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Vercel, or similar) and database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying self-hosted n8n instances.
• Knowledge of Docker, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to security and compliance requirements in automation workflows.
• Familiarity with tools like Supabase, Firebase, Airtable, or CRM systems.
