Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled
MuleSoft Developer
to design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with
API-led connectivity
,
REST/SOAP web services
, and
enterprise integration patterns
. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance MuleSoft applications.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Anypoint Studio.
- Implement API-led connectivity architecture: Experience, Process, and System layers.
- Define and configure RAML / Swagger / OAS specifications and enforce API governance policies.
- Use MuleSoft Connectors, DataWeave, Batch Processing, and Error Handling effectively.
- Integrate with SaaS (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Workday), databases, and legacy systems.
- Secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, SAML, mTLS, etc.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Deploy APIs on CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, or on-premise environments.
- Use Anypoint Monitoring and logging tools to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and DevOps teams for solution delivery.
- Follow CI/CD pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for deployments.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including API specs and deployment procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development (preferably Mule 4).
- Proficient with DataWeave 2.0, Anypoint Studio, and Mule Runtime.
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SOA, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with API Management, API Gateway, and Policy Enforcement.
- Knowledge of XML, JSON, SQL/NoSQL databases, and integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of security standards (OAuth 2.0, SAML, OpenID Connect, mTLS).
- Familiarity with CloudHub, Docker, Kubernetes, or hybrid cloud deployments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Azure DevOps.
- Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- MuleSoft certifications (MCD, MCIA, MCPA) are highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS/SNS).
- Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other ERP platforms.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) or Architect (MCIA) certification preferred.
