Role Responsibilities Develop and manage management information systems (MIS) to improve operational efficiency.Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.Create accurate and timely reports for management and decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance and support.Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.Implement best practices in data management and reporting.Develop dashboards and visualization tools to enhance data presentations.Assist in the identification of opportunities for process improvements.Train team members on MIS tools and methodologies.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Maintain documentation for system processes and workflows.Stay updated with the latest MIS technologies and trends.Lead periodic audits of data and reporting accuracy.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in MIS or data management roles.Proven experience in managing teams and projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly.Experience with data visualization tools.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of programming languages like SQL or Python is a plus.Familiarity with business intelligence tools is preferred.Ability to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies.Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.Commitment to ongoing professional development.
