Job Description

Job Title: MIS Manager Location: Rohtak , Haryana Department: Business Operations Key Responsibilities: System Management: Manage and maintain enterprise information systems, including databases, reporting tools, and ERP software. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across all MIS platforms. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Data Reporting & Analysis: Develop, generate, and distribute routine and ad-hoc management reports. Analyze data to support business decisions and strategic planning. Collaborate with departments to identify reporting needs and KPIs. Project Management: Lead or support IT projects related to system upgrades, migrations, or new implementations. Work with vendors and consultants for system customization or integration. Develop project timelines, budgets, and status reports. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of MIS analysts or IT staff. Establish team goals, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance. Conduct training sessions for staff on system usage and data best practices. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure systems comply with data protection laws and company policies. Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
