Position: MIS Manager Industry: Insurance/TPA Experience: 3 - 4 Years CTC: 4LPA to 5.5LPA Location: Chennai Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute the MIS strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Meeting all the deadlines for periodical reports to various internal & external stakeholders Responsible for filing all the reports of IRDAI BAP portal. Collaborate with senior management to define MIS priorities and requirements. Prepare and publish relevant dashboards to other departments like cashless, claims, Provider network and Business development and customer retention teams Help Accounts & Finance dept in preparing monthly MIS and other analytical reports Get clear understanding of data fields in the core application vis-à-vis requirements from IRDAI, insurers, brokers and corporates. Work with IT to evaluate, select, and implement suitable MIS solutions to meet the company's needs. Monitor and manage system upgrades, migrations, and customization projects. Ensure the accurate and timely collection, storage, and analysis of relevant data. Use data analytics to generate insights and reports for management decision-making. Assess the team size to meet the customer service / corporate relation team ad-hoc reporting requirements of all stakeholders Lead, mentor, and motivate the MIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs and provide professional development opportunities. Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions. Important Note: Health Insurance/TPA Profile only eligible.
