Key Responsibilities: Collect, compile, and analyze data from field teams and partner organizations. Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) regularly. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission. Support program and project teams with real-time data inputs and insights. Coordinate with field teams to resolve data gaps or errors. Assist in dashboard creation, performance tracking, and evaluation reports. Maintain documentation and digital records of all program activities. Provide basic training and support to field staff on data entry tools or formats. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, IT, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in MIS/Data Management in development or CSR projects. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Good communication and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Preferred Attributes: Experience working with NGOs or rural development projects. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Basic knowledge of local languages/dialects in Uttar Pradesh is an asset.
