Job Description We are seeking a versatile MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain the web-based dashboards for Sapience1's internal teams: the Support Web Dashboard (Admin/Operator) and the Business Web Dashboard (Product Owner). You will be responsible for developing robust and efficient web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your work will empower our operations and business teams with critical data, analytics, and administrative controls. Responsibilities Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) for the Support and Business Dashboards. Design and implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces for complex data visualization and administrative functions. Build secure and scalable backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js to interact with MongoDB. Develop modules for user management, session monitoring, trust & safety flagging, ticketing, and reporting for the Support Dashboard. Implement features for platform metrics, financial oversight, promotions management, and AI performance monitoring for the Business Dashboard. Ensure seamless integration with other backend services and APIs, including those related to Hello Edison™ AI. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional code. Implement robust authentication, authorization (role-based access control), and security measures for the dashboards. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, adhering to coding standards. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in MERN Stack development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and React.js. Experience with MongoDB and Mongoose (or other ORM/ODM). Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with MVC/MVVM architecture patterns. Experience with version control systems (Git). Ability to work in an agile development environment. Knowledge of data visualization libraries is a plus. Compensation Competitive, based on experience. 12,00,000 LPA
