Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Location: Thane, Maharashtra, India  Department: Marketing  Reports To: Director of Marketing  Employment Type: Full-Time   Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team in executing high-impact campaigns for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong follow-up and coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of marketing practices. This role involves campaign execution, content development, event support, and lead communication—across both digital and offline channels, including WhatsApp and drip marketing platforms. Familiarity with AI-based tools is an added advantage.   Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and field channels. Run outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and drip marketing tools to engage leads and nurture interest. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of all marketing initiatives. Align campaign goals with sales targets and customer engagement objectives. 2. Content Creation & Asset Management Develop and manage content for social media, emails, websites, brochures, channel partner kits, and more. Liaise with content creators, designers, photographers, and freelancers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Maintain organized documentation of marketing assets, campaigns, and approvals. 3. Lead Generation & Nurturing Work with marketing partners to generate qualified leads across digital and offline platforms. Monitor and follow up on lead activity and communication through CRM and campaign dashboards. Assist in optimizing messaging, targeting, and nurturing strategies based on lead behavior and campaign performance. 4. Social Media & Digital Presence Plan, schedule, and post on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X in line with the content calendar. Monitor engagement, apply best practices, and use new tools (including AI) to enhance visibility and interaction. Support in managing ad budgets, social campaigns, and performance reporting. 5. Event & On-Ground Marketing Coordinate real estate-specific events such as site visits, customer meets, channel partner events, and exhibitions. Handle event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional material setup. 6. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, buyer behavior, and competitor strategies. Suggest creative tactics and positioning strategies to stay ahead in the local real estate market. 7. Reporting & Performance Tracking Track performance of all marketing campaigns and prepare reports on leads, ROI, engagement, and campaign efficiency. Provide actionable insights for improving outreach and campaign effectiveness. Maintain structured documentation of all reporting and communication efforts. 8. Operational & Cross-Team Coordination Manage the marketing calendar, deadlines, and status reports. Follow up diligently with stakeholders to ensure on-time completion of marketing tasks. Support operational needs such as expense tracking, budget coordination, and team updates.   Key Skills & Competencies Excellent English (written and verbal); strong grammar and clarity Strong follow-up, coordination, and multi-tasking skills Experience in running campaigns via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and drip marketing platforms Comfort with digital marketing tools, content scheduling, and analytics Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper) is a plus Basic design capabilities (Canva or Adobe Express preferred) Analytical thinking with attention to detail   Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role (real estate industry experience preferred) Understanding of local real estate market dynamics is a strong advantage   Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number and quality of leads generated Cost per lead and customer acquisition cost Engagement metrics across WhatsApp, social, and email Success of site events and offline promotions On-time delivery of campaigns and content CRM and documentation accuracy   What We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Growth opportunities in a real estate marketing environment Exposure to AI tools and modern communication strategies A collaborative and supportive team culture
